O's hope to bounce back with victory over Valiants
Leyton Orient will hope to bounce back from last weekend’s 1-0 defeat against Crawley with victory over Port Vale tomorrow.
The Valiants head to E10 having lose their last three matches, but have boosted their options with the loan signings of defender Neill Collins and midfielders Francisco Junior and Mohamed Coulibaly from Sheffield United, Everton and Bournemouth respectively.
The last time the two sides met Robert Page’s side emerged as 3-0 victors courtesy of goals from Adam Yates, Ben Williamson and a Nathan Clarke own goal after Darius Henderson had been sent off in the first half.
The O’s will be without Jobi McAnuff and Ryan Hedges with the duo on international duty for Jamaica and Wales under-21s respectively.
Lloyd James continued his recovery from injury with an hour in the 3-1 Development League loss at Portsmouth, but Adam Legzdins remains a long-term absentee with a dislocated shoulder.
Orient added Jake Taylor to their squad yesterday, with the midfielder signing on loan until the end of the season. The 23-year-old could come straight into Fabio Liverani's side for tomorrow's match.
