Waltham Forest Council Controlled Parking Zones (CPZs) to come into force on Monday, November 2
If you drive to any Leyton Orient Matchroom home matches in future please be aware that from Monday, November 2, 2015, Waltham Forest Council will be introducing two new CPZs into some of the roads nearby to our football ground to improve residents’ parking conditions.
These two CPZs will operate from Monday to Saturday inclusive and between the hours of 8.00am and 6.30pm. This means that if you leave your vehicle parked without a permit in a white permit bay or on yellow lines in any road in these two zones during those operational hours you’re very likely to receive a £130 penalty charge notice (PCN).
The two zones are called ‘Brewster Road’ and ‘Wilmot Road’ and include (i) Brewster Road, Crawley Road, Cooper’s Lane and Farmer Road; and (ii) Wilmot Road, Thornhill Road, Thornhill Gardens and Rosedene Terrace.
Please check before you leave your car – it could prove to be expensive !
Other transport options :
By train use the Central Line to Leyton, or the Overground to Leyton Midland Road.
By bus, the 58, 69, 97 and 158 run along Leyton High Road.
If you want the healthy option try walking or cycling as the Council has provided a number of bike racks around the stadium.
