REACTION: Clohessy - 'We need to be better in both boxes'

12 October 2015

Stand-in skipper after improvement

O's defender Sean Clohessy admits they need to be more ruthless in both boxes if they are to turn results around.

Orient failed to build on Jay Simpson's early strike at the weekend, and were made to pay up the other end as they fell 3-1 behind at the half time interval, and were down to 10 men following the dismissal of Alan Dunne.

Simpson netted his ninth of the season after the break as Orient looked for a way back into the game, but it proved little consolation for Ian Hendon's side as they slipped to defeat, and Clohessy, who was skipper for the day in the absence of the injured Mathieu Baudry, knows they must improve at both ends of the pitch if they want to maintain their solid start to the League Two season.
