Carlisle visit E10 on the back of a disappointing loss at home to Newport County on the weekend and currently lie mid-table in 12th spot.
Tyler Blackwood’s 68th minute header was enough to condemn the Cumbrians to only their second League defeat of the season last time out having lost out to Premier League side Liverpool on penalties in the Capital One Cup last Wednesday.

Orient put on a stirring display as they ran out resounding winners at Brisbane road to hold on to their automatic-promotion spot in League One.
Defender Scott Cuthbert’s powerful header sent O’s into the break with a deserved lead before substitute and home-debutant Jamie Ness fired in a 25-yard drive to double their advantage just two minutes after the restart. Kevin Lisbie grabbed his 13th of the season on 66 minutes before loanee Shaquile Coulthirst rounded off a great afternoon’s work in the dying seconds.

Orient will be without striker Paul McCallum who is ruled out with a knee injury. The forward came on as a second-half substitute at Northampton but landed awkwardly inside the Cobblers penalty area resulting in him needing to be stretchered off.
The O’s will also be without defender Joe Maguire, who has now returned to parent-club Liverpool following the completion of his one-month loan.
Carlisle manager Keith Curle will have to deal without top scorer Jabo Ibehre who was forced off early on at the weekend with a hamstring injury.
The former Orient man has 10 goals to his name already this campaign, but now joins fellow striker Charlie Wyke on the treatment table.
