PREVIEW: Luton Town v Leyton Orient

1 September 2015

All the information ahead of the O's JPT trip to Luton Town

Leyton Orient head to Luton Town tomorrow in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy, looking to build on their positive start to the season.

The O’s picked up their fifth successive win in League Two on Saturday to keep hold of top spot with a 2-0 victory over Bristol Rovers, thanks to goals from Lloyd James and Jay Simpson.

Hosts Luton Town sit in 22nd place in League Two, and come into the game on the back of a 2-1 home loss to Portsmouth.

Gareth Evans had put Pompey in front, before Craig Mackail-Smith levelled from the penalty spot. However, Matt Tubbs scored what proved to be the winner late on.

But they have Cup form having pushed Premier League side Stoke City to penalties in the Capital One Cup last Tuesday.

If the scores are level after 90 minutes, the game will be decided by penalties.
