In their opening Checkatrade Trophy tie the Blues emerged 2-0 victors against Brighton and Hove Albion thanks to goals from former O David Mooney and Harry Kyprianou.
The O’s can welcome back skipper Robbie Weir with his three-game ban not applying to the Checkatrade Trophy.
Midfielder Harry Cornick and Sandro Semedo both came off injured in Saturday’s goalless draw at Barnet, while midfielder Nigel Atangana remains a doubt with a groin/hip flexor injury.
