Orient’s Myles Judd has scooped LFE Apprentice of the Year Award for League Two at the EFL awards night held at the Hilton in Park Lane, London this evening

The 18-year-old has enjoyed a strong season as part of the successful under-18s who made it through to the third round of the FA Youth Cup before losing out to Leicester City at the King Power Stadium.

The defender also made his senior league debut for the O’s this season in the 1-0 home defeat to Exeter City on November 22, 2016 and has made 21 first-team appearances to date and to top it all off, the youngster also signed a two-year professional deal earlier in the season.

Judd was up against Plymouth Argyle’s Alex Fletcher and Cambridge United’s Leon Davies in the category but came out on top on the night which was hosted by Football on 5 presenters George Riley and Lynsey Hipgrave.

The club would like to extend the congratulations to Myles on this fantastic achievement.
