Midfielder Freddy Moncur concluded his loan spell at Bishop’s Stortford with a narrow 2-1 defeat at St Neots Town on Saturday.
The 21-year-old completed 85 minutes of the game, following on from a goalscoring display against Dunstable Town last Tuesday in which the midfielder netted a volley in Stortford’s 4-1 victory.
During his loan spell Moncur registered 14 appearances, scoring three goals.
Elsewhere, defender Toby Stevenson also enjoyed a positive week at Heybridge Swifts as the Bostik North side became the lowest ranked side to earn a spot in the FA Trophy First Round after an emphatic 5-1 victory over Kingstonian on Tuesday.
Stevenson played the full 90 minutes as they claimed victory over the Bostik Premier Division side and he continued his presence in the squad as he started the 3-1 league win over Brentwood Town on Saturday.
