29 January 2017

Webb handed managerial reins

The club can confirm Danny Webb has been appointed Leyton Orient manager following the resignation of Andy Edwards earlier this afternoon.

Having been appointed as first-team coach in the summer, Webb became assistant manager to Edwards after his appointment on November 23, 2016, and the 33-year-old will now step up to the position of first-team manager until the end of the season.

Danny will take charge of his first game on Saturday when the O's host Carlisle United at the Matchroom Stadium.
