PREVIEW: Burnham Ramblers v Leyton Orient

All the information ahead of this evening's trip to the Leslie Field Stadium

18 July 2017

The O’s head to Burnham Ramblers tonight (kick-off 7.45pm) for our third pre-season game of the 2017-18 campaign.

Steve Davis’ side will be looking to make it back-to-back wins having defeated Harlow Town 6-1 on Saturday.

Strikes from David Mooney and Tristan Abrahams ensured the O’s went into the interval ahead at the Harlow Arena, before new signing Macauley Bonne and trialist Josh Taylor notched second half braces.

Burnham Ramblers boss Lee Hughes will be hoping for a positive showing from his side this evening as the Ramblers continue preparing for their 2017-18 Essex Senior League season having finished the last campaign in 21st place.

Head Coach Steve Davis will take the opportunity to have a further look at both the younger and senior players within the squad, with only four players not set to travel to the Leslie Field Stadium.

Most recent additions George Elokobi and Craig Clay will not make the trip, along with midfielder Alex Lawless - who sits out having sustained a facial injury at Harlow Town - and forward Sam Dalby who continues to recover from a knee injury.

Tickets are available on the gate, with prices as followed:

Adults:  £6
Concessions/16-18:  £4
Under 16s:  £1
