The O’s women’s team captain Danielle Griffiths has expressed excitement about playing at the Matchroom Stadium as the side welcome Billericay Town to E10 in the SSE Women’s FA Cup on Sunday, October 8.
The team have enjoyed a fantastic start to their Women’s Premier League campaign and sit top of the table, having beaten Haringey Borough 8-0 on Wednesday, with a league best goal difference of +22.
Speaking ahead of last night's victory, Griffiths admitted she is looking forward to a tough test against Billericay this weekend.
The female O’s will also be unveiling their new 2017-18 kit on Sunday, which is sponsored by Baskin Robbins following a personal initiative by Club Chairman and Dunkin’ Brands Group CEO Nigel Travis.
The game will kick-off at 2pm, with admission prices set at £3 for Adults and £1 for under-16s on the day, whilst entry is free for Leyton Orient Season Ticket Holders*.
Supporters will be able to enter the ground from 1.30pm, through Turnstile G on the sound end of the West Stand.
