The O’s visit the Recreation Ground tomorrow (kick-off 3pm) as we take on Aldershot Town in the Vanarama National League.
Orient will be looking to end a run of three straight defeats, following the 2-1 home loss to Hartlepool United last Saturday.
Jobi McAnuff opened the scoring in front of the BT Sport cameras in the 19th minute but Jonathan Franks equalised on the stroke of half-time before Rhys Oates headed home in the 47th minute to claim all three points for the visitors.
Aldershot Town have started the season well, sitting top of the National League with six wins, two draws and three defeats.
The Shots welcome the O’s on the back of a 1-0 win away to Gateshead, with Fabien Robert scoring the only goal of the game in the 83rd minute.
Gary Waddock’s men finished in 5th place last season, losing 5-2 on aggregate to Tranmere Rovers in the play-off semi-finals.
Craig Clay was forced off in Saturday’s defeat to Hartlepool with a tight hamstring but the midfielder is expected to feature at the Recreation Ground, and could be joined by winger James Dayton and defender Josh Coulson.
New loan signing James Brophy will also be hoping to be involved in the matchday squad, having completed his move from Swindon Town on Thursday.
The O’s will definitely be without central defender George Elokobi, who is due to undergo surgery on the hamstring injury suffered in the defeat to Boreham Wood, while Charlie Lee remains a long-term absentee following a serious knee injury.
