The O’s are on the road tomorrow afternoon as they travel to the Gateshead International Stadium for the latest National League fixture.
Justin Edinburgh’s men enter the fixture unbeaten having recorded a win over Boreham Wood at home last week Saturday.
Steve Watson’s Gateshead have enjoyed a positive start to the season having won three of their five opening fixtures.
They were frustrated to have been defeated at Bromley last weekend when Junior Ogedi-Uzokew struck two minutes from time to sink the Heed.
The sides last met on the final day of the 2017/18 season when goals form Josh Koroma, Macauley Bonne and Jobi McAnuff secured the points for the O’s.
Dale Gorman and Matt Harrold both featured in a behind-closed doors friendly against Southend United mid-week and are available for selection.
The referee for tomorrow’s game will be Glen Hart. The Durham born official oversaw 15 National League fixtures last season, including Gateshead on three occasions. Tomorrow’s fixture will be the officials first in the National League this season.
