The O’s are back on the road tomorrow afternoon when they travel to Chesterfield’s Proact Stadium in the National League.
Justin Edinburgh’s men were last in action on Bank Holiday Monday when goals from Jobi McAnuff, Josh Koroma and Matt Harrold fired the O’s to victory.
Martin Allen’s Chesterfield currently sit in 15th in the table with nine points to their name having picked up victories in their first three games before they tasted defeat in their last four.
Last time out, Chesterfield were defeated by Hartlepool’ Nicky Featherstone goal after 17 minutes of play. The home side held on to their single goal lead to sink The Spireties to their fourth straight loss.
Edinburgh is likely to have a full squad to select from for tomorrow’s fixture with the likes of Matt Harrold, Dale Gorman and Ruel Sotiriou recently returning to the squad.
New signing Levi Lumeka joined the O's this afternoon from Crystal Palace, he has made the trip to Chesterfield and is available for selection tomorrow.
However, the O’s will be without the suspended James Alabi and Sam Ling who is unavailable for this this fixture with the ankle injury that kept him side-lined for the Bank Holiday Monday game with Dover Athletic.
The referee for tomorrow’s game will be Simeon Lucas. This will be the officials third game in the National League this season, brandishing nine yellow cards and one penalty thus far.
