James Foster, Sam Cook, Matt Dixon and Aaron Beard will be among the Essex cricket stars to be welcomed to tomorrow's match against Torquay United.
The players will be parading the County Championship trophy to celebrate their fairytale title success in the 2017 season, with renowned former England test wicketkeeper James Foster leading the group.
Highly regarded young bowler Sam Cook took 5-18 as Essex bowled out Hampshire for 76 in September while Australian-born Matt Dixon was a fixture in the side's T20 squad.
Meanwhile 20-year-old Aaron Beard made his mark having taken two wickets in two overs against the Sri Lankan openers in 2016 to emphasise why he is a huge talent for the side.
The trophy parade will begin at approximately 7:30pm, so make sure you are in your seats!
