Rian McLean’s Greenwich Borough recorded two wins this week, a 1-6 win over Molesey on Tuesday night, before a 1-0 win over Faversham Town on Saturday afternoon.
McLean was involved in both games as five goals from Jack Barham and a Travis Gregory strike saw the South London side side cruise to victory. A single Kaka Dembele goal in the 72nd minute meant Greenwich Borough took all three points over the Kent club.
Christian Scales’ Harlow Town secured three points at home to Metropolitan Police on Saturday morning when the Essex side won 4-3.
Defender Scales enjoyed 90 minutes, and saw his side come from behind twice thanks to Matt Foy’s 84th minute winner.
Meanwhile, central defender Michael Clark was on the end of two defeats this week with East Thurrock United. The Essex side fell to a two-goal defeat on Tuesday night against Hemel Hempstead Town, before they lost out by a single goal against Welling United on Saturday afternoon.
