PREVIEW: Leyton Orient v Torquay United

13 March 2018

The O’s are in E10 again this evening (7:45pm Kick-off) when they welcome Torquay United to the Matchroom Stadium in the Vanarama National League.

Justin Edinburgh’s men look ahead to this fixture on the back of a 1-1 draw with Ebbsfleet United on Saturday afternoon.

Torquay make the trip to East London having only won one of their last four fixtures which came in their 1-2 victory over Maidenhead United. Last time out the Devonshire based side were on the end of a 1-0 defeat at Maidstone, as Josh Hare sealed the Kent side three points.

The last time the two sides met in November 2017, saw the O’s fall to a 3-0 defeat at Plainmoor when a nightmare first half saw Josh McQuoid and Luke Young notch, before Alex Reid scored two minutes after the break to secure the win for Torquay.

TEAM NEWS

Joe Widdowson was left out of the squad on Saturday due to illness, the O’s will hope to have the defender back amongst the squad for tonight’s fixture.
