PREVIEW: AFC Fylde (A)

2 November 2018

The O’s are on the road for the second time in a week as we travel to Lancashire to take on AFC Fylde in the National League tomorrow afternoon (3pm KO).

Justin Edinburgh’s side come in to the fixture in positive form having taken a point from Eastleigh midweek.

Macauley Bonne’s second half leveller ensured our unbeaten status in the league on the road remained intact.

AFC Fylde are another one of the National League’s in form teams having won four of their last six league games.

Last time out, Dave Challinor’s men snatched a single goal victory at Mill Farm against Gateshead, Danny Rowe’s injury time winner now sees the Coasters sit in fifth place two points behind Orient in third.

TEAM NEWS

The O’s will be without Myles Judd who serves a one game suspension after he picked up his fifth yellow card on Tuesday night, while Sam Ling will be hoping to return to the squad after missing out through precaution at Eastleigh.

Edinburgh will be boosted by the return of Joe Widdowson who has now served his three-game suspension and will look to make an immediate return to the starting XI.
