Another enjoyable month for the O's saw Justin Edinburgh's side win two and draw two league games conceding just one goal in that duration.
Craig Clay – The tireless central midfielder completed every minute of every league game in October. The month saw Clay display a man of the match performance against Havant & Waterlooville, a game in which his assist for Macauley Bonne’s goal will live long in O’s supporters’ memories.
Macauley Bonne – Nominated for the second consecutive month, Bonne notched three goals in four October games and currently sits proudly at the top of the league’s scoring charts. Key goals against Eastleigh and Maidenhead United made sure the O’s travelled back to E10 with points while the Zimbabwean finished perfectly against Havant & Waterlooville.
Josh Coulson – Super Josh Coulson was at the centre of the defence that only conceded one league goal in the month of October. The 29-year old also contributed with a goal against Havant & Waterlooville after he opened the scoring as the O’s hit four. A rock at the back, Coulson, similarly to Bonne has completed every minute of every game this month.
Myles Judd - Full-back Judd started every game in October, and like his partner Coulson was part of a defensive line who only conceded one goal in four games. Predominantly found on the right, the 19-year old comfortably filled in at left back against Havant & Waterlooville before he got himself a vital assist for Macauley Bonne’s equaliser at Eastleigh.
