As supporters may be aware from Saturday’s game, there was a safety issue in the home section of the East Stand where a small section of the wooden flooring gave way.
The Club are currently dealing with the implications of this and, following consultation with the local licensing authority, will close the wooden section of the East Stand until further notice.
East Stand Season Ticket Holders will be automatically relocated to the North end of the East Stand in time for the next fixture against Havant & Waterlooville on October 27, with replacement tickets being distributed via post. Also included at this time, will be replacement tickets for the games in November against Bromley (17 Nov) and Aldershot Town (27 Nov). If any supporters wish to be moved to a different stand, they should email the Club at email@example.com before 5pm on Thursday 18 October, stating their customer reference and their preference for seating area. Any requests received after this time will not be actioned. When moving supporters, the Club will endeavour to keep families and groups together.
Individual Match Ticket purchasers will also need to be relocated and will receive new tickets as per the above arrangement.
Should the Club require further time to remedy the issue in the stand, supporters will receive replacement tickets in plenty of time for any future fixture.
Supporter safety is of paramount importance, and the Club will do whatever it needs to do to ensure complete safety.
