PREVIEW: Harrogate Town (A)

21 September 2018

The O’s are on the road and travel to Harrogate Town for Saturday’s Vanarama National League fixture.

Justin Edinburgh’s men come in to the fixture in excellent form having yet to taste defeat in the opening eleven fixtures.

The unbeaten run was stretched when goals from Josh Coulson, James Dayton and Macauley Bonne sealed a 3-1 victory over London rivals Barnet.

Simon Weaver’s Harrogate Town come in to the clash in similar form to the O’s as the North Yorkshire side are the only other unbeaten side in the National League this season.

Last time out, Harrogate defeated Maidstone 0-2 thanks to goals from Callum Howe and Jack Muldoon to send them top of the table, two points above Orient.

TEAM NEWS

Edinburgh has named an unchanged side for seven consecutive games, and is likely to have a similar squad at his disposal for tomorrow’s fixture.

James Brophy and Sam Ling made recovery appearances in the mid-week reserve friendly against Cheshunt  but may see tomorrow’s fixture come a little too early to return to first-team action.
