Shadrach Ogie boasts potential and can play both centre-back and left-back.
Ogie was selected in the Republic of Ireland’s U19 squad for a training camp in February 2018.
Following difficulty with international clearance, the youngster made just one senior appearance in the 2018/19 campaign. Replacing Jayden Sweeney, Ogie played the remaining 39 minutes of action against Blyth Spartans in the FA Trophy.
A loan deal soon followed, as the defender joined Isthmian Premier side Bishop’s Stortford in March 2018 until the end of the season.
The 2019/20 season started with a full home-debut against Southend United in the leasing.com Trophy, with Shadrach picking up the Man of the Match award.
Ogie then joined National League side Dover Atheltic on-loan, scoring his first professional goal, before Covid-19 brought an early end to the season.
In October 2020, Ogie joined Aldershot Town on an initial one-month loan deal.
Shadrach signed a new two year deal in July 2020, after an impressive loan spell at Dover saw him play eight times, and pick up his first senior goal.
