Season Cards latest updates
The Early Bird Window has now closed. We would like to thank all fans who have committed to the 2020/21 season by applying for their card already. Your support is phenomenal.
Given the current working environment, the majority of staff are currently furloughed. Exceptional demand means the process of responding to all supporters is proving to be considerably time-consuming and we would kindly ask for continued patience as we look to respond to everyone as swiftly as possible.
Staff are working tirelessly to provide a service that meets GDPR guidelines and continue to reach out to fans personally via telephone. As the application/refund process entails the handling of private information, we have ensured our staff are recognisable, in name and voice, to supporters.

When does the 2020/21 season start?
The 2020/21 season is set to start on the weekend of Saturday 12th September.
Will fans be allowed into the stadium to watch matches at the beginning of the season?
CEO Danny Macklin has said:
“Behind the scenes we are working on ever-changing guidelines in relation to crowd management. We obviously await further confirmation as to when fans will be allowed back into stadiums, and we are confident this will be sooner rather than later.
We would like to reassure all fans that we will be going the extra-mile that, when you return, you will do so with all safety measures in place.”
Reviews of the guidelines are ongoing, and in consultation with the local authority and other agencies, to ensure we can safely open the gates of the Breyer Group Stadium.”
What happens if any home games during the 2020/21 season are played behind closed doors?
If this situation arises then all Season Card holders will be provided with access to watch home league games on Orient TV. Please view the Terms and Conditions by clicking the link at the bottom of the page.
Why is it now a Season Card now, instead of a Season Ticket?
At the end of this season Leyton Orient will be working with a new ticketing provider and switching from paper Season Tickets to a Season Card. This will also see the introduction of scanners at the turnstiles on matchday which will enable YOU to be rewarded for your loyalty through various incentives and it’ll help US to identify more easily who is in the ground on matchday and improve our communication with you.
Can I spread payments with a finance option?
The finance option is provided by external company V12, who offer the chance for supporters to spread the cost of their season card.
To get your Season Card application underway, you must first fill out our Season Card forms – which you can find here on the ‘How To Apply’ page.
If you’ve already sent off your form and were looking to us the finance option, you do not need to resubmit your form.
Once done, you then head through to the V12 Finance website and start your application there, where you can choose repayment options of 3, 5, 7 or 9 months.
