Please find our Season Card 2020/21 FAQS below. Is there something we haven’t answered? Let us know and we will keep updating this page

Why are 2020/21 Season Cards on sale now, when we don’t know when the 2019/20 season will resume, if at all?
We’ll be completely honest – Season Card income is absolutely crucial to a football club and Leyton Orient is certainly no different.

With the 2019/20 season currently postponed for the foreseeable future and our retail and non-matchday operations already taking a huge hit because of the measures introduced to combat the COVID-19 virus, we need your backing now to help us get to 2020/21.

We appreciate however that these are challenging times for us all and asking to pay for your Season Card now won’t be easy for everyone. That’s why we’ve extended our Early Bird window to cover more than one pay day, which we hope will help supporters.
But what about the remaining home games on my current Season Ticket? What are my options?
We are currently awaiting EFL and FA confirmation about the future of the current season. Should the remainder of this campaign be cancelled without the final home games being played then we will contact all 19/20 Season Ticket holders with a range of options.
What happens if any home games during the 2020/21 season are played behind closed doors?
If this situation arises then all Season Card holders will be provided with access to watch home games on Orient TV.
Why is it now a Season Card now, instead of a Season Ticket?
At the end of this season Leyton Orient will be working with a new ticketing provider and switching from paper Season Tickets to a Season Card. This will also see the introduction of scanners at the turnstiles on matchday which will enable YOU to be rewarded for your loyalty through various incentives and it’ll help US to identify more easily who is in the ground on matchday and improve our communication with you.
When does the Early Bird window close?
The Early Bird window closes on Thursday 30 June 2020.
Can I still renew my seat after Sunday 31 May?
Yes of course. If you miss our Early Bird campaign then you will still be able to renew at 2020/21 prices.
Will I lose my seat if I do not renew during the Early Bird period?
No. Existing Season Ticket holders who do not renew during the Early Bird period will not lose their seats. There is a deadline later in the year – Tuesday 30 June – after which all seats not renewed will be released for General Sale. We will provide plenty of reminders about this date over the coming months.
I want to renew my Season Ticket but move location – how can I do this?
If you wish to move seats you can do this by simply completing our online application form. Please return to our main Season Card page to find this or paste the following link into your browser:

Families looking to purchase Season Cards for 2020/21 can take advantage of our Second Parent offer, which allows the second adult to purchase at Concession rate.

Applicants using this offer should include a family group of two parents and at least one child, with the second adult selecting the ‘Second Parent’ ticket type when applying.
I’m a disabled supporter – what ticket can I apply for?
All wheelchair using and ambulant disabled fans will be able to purchase their Season Card and Match Tickets at their relevant age category price. Carers will remain free. This move, introduced in 2019, brought Leyton Orient in-line with most other professional football clubs.
I can’t attend every game next season. Can someone else use my Season Card in my place?
Yes. If you can’t attend a game, simply give your Season Card to a friend or family member so they can experience the matchday atmosphere at The Breyer Group Stadium instead. Please note you remain responsible for the individual you have provided the Season Card to for their compliance to ground regulations.
How can I pay for my Season Card?
Please note that as the Club is currently closed due to the ongoing COVID-19 response AND we will be switching to a new ticketing partner for 2020/21, we will contact you to process your Season Card payment separately over the phone, using the contact details you provide us with. Not only does this ensure that you do not need to provide your card details online, but it also ensures your payment goes directly to Leyton Orient FC once processed, rather than going to a third-party who could take time to pass these funds on. Our form includes the ability to add a password or keyword for added security, which our team will use when ringing you.

Once the Club reopens fully then we will provide further information about applying by post and in-person.
