Dale Gorman signed a two-year-deal with the O's in the summer of 2018, joining on a free transfer from Hertfordshire side Stevenage Town.
The Northern Irish midfielder began his career at hometown club Letterkenny Rovers before making the move to England in May 2013, signing scholarship terms with Stevenage.
The 21-year-old signed his first professional contract in May 2015, making his debut in the 2-1 defeat to Ipswich Town in the League Cup in August, subsequently making 14 appearances across the 2015/16 season being rewarded with a new three-year-deal.
Gorman became a staple in the League Two team the following season scoring his first goal in a 2-1 win over Barnet in December 2016. He made 30 appearances that term, once again agreeing a new deal that would keep him at Broadhall Way until 2019.
The 11-time Northern Ireland U21 international made a further 27 appearances for the Boro this season before breaking his ankle in a 3-1 defeat to Coventry in April, and agreeing his departure from the Club at the end of the season.
