Catalonian Belen is a talented and tricky attacker: she had 13 goals and an impressive 17 assists in 2016-17. She started playing futsal at 6 for Barcelona. At 11, she joined RCD Espanyol’s academy and represented Catalonia before moving to C.E Europa where she won the league with their development team and made her debut for the first team in the Spanish second division aged 15. At 18 she signed for C.E Sant Gabriel before moving to the UK aged 23 and joining partway through 2015-16
